Should have knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing AC equipment including refrigeration and refrigerants from the DX Type units and copper bracing works is essential.
Should also possess sufficient knowledge of the Building Management System (BMS) and operational knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives related to the air conditioning.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Estimator (FM OP– Civil)
Should have diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience in similar field.
Should be familiar with construction methods, techniques, labour, material and equipment costs.
